Με το νέο αναπτυξιακό νόμο (Ν. 4146/2013 - Διαμόρφωση ΦιλικούΑναπτυξιακού Περιβάλλοντος για τις Στρατηγικές και Ιδιωτικές Επενδύσεις καιάλλες διατάξεις), γίνεται σαφής προσπάθεια δημιουργίας κινήτρων προς τους ξένους επενδυτές να αγοράσουν ακίνητα στη χώρα μας.

Έτσι, πολίτες τρίτων χωρών που θα γίνουν ιδιοκτήτες ακινήτων αξίας 250.000 ευρώ τουλάχιστον, ή θα χρονομισθώνουν για μια δεκαετία ακίνητο στην Ελλάδα αποκτούν πενταετή άδεια διαμονής με δικαίωμα ανανέωσης.

Η πρώτη κίνηση έγινε και τα δείγματα «στρατηγικών επενδύσεων» έχουν ήδη αρχίσει να φαίνονται. Η αγορά ακινήτων στην Ελλάδα αποκτά παγκόσμιο ενδιαφέρον και προσελκύει νέους επενδυτές, αργά, αλλά σταθερά.
